The house you adored may look the best from outer with astounding interiors but that not all it must be, later it must not turn out to be a bad investment because of the patch-up works etc. have tolerance, there are hundreds of houses out there wait for the perfect one and decide then.

· Financial Power :

Never go on with the project without a preapproved loan. Most of the time you may not even get the required sum, this may even become a big burden and don’t even think of going above your budget.

· Plan focusing your future:

Consider all your future expenses while budgeting, there may be many plans like baby, marriage business, school or college admissions, health issues etc.

· Inspections:

Never hop your inspections before the contract is finalized and never get advice from an outsider who has not bought in the area you are looking for or a friend who actually is not an expert.
